1. Enable Agentforce

  1. Click the Setup icon and select Setup.
  2. In Quick Find, search for and select Salesforce Go.
  3. In Search features, search for and select Agentforce Studio.
  4. Click Get Started, Turn On, then Confirm.
  5. Refresh your browser, open the App Launcher, and select Coral Cloud Resorts.

2. Upgrade Ms. Todd to a New Room

  1. Refresh your browser, then click the Employee Agent panel icon.
  2. Expand the Select Agent menu and select Guest Agent (click Select, and Got It if prompted).
  3. Enter Show me Lucy Todd's reservation.
  4. Click reservation record R-00000016.
  5. Enter Is the Presidential Suite available for the next 4 nights?
  6. Enter Please move Lucy Todd from her current room to the Presidential Suite.
  7. Close the panel, click the Reservations tab, and open R-00000016 to confirm the Room Type change.

3. Generate a Confirmation Email

  1. Open the Employee Agent panel (Guest Agent selected).
  2. Enter Please generate an email letting Lucy know that her reservation has been upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Include the dates of her reservation in the email.
  3. Review the email, click Send Email, then Send.

4. Create a Case for the Missing Diaper Bag

  1. In the Employee Agent panel, switch to Customer Service Agent.
  2. Enter Create a case to find the lost blue and white striped diaper bag.

5. Assign and Escalate the Case

  1. In the agent response, click the case number 00001068.
  2. Enter Reassign the case to Housekeeping.
  3. Enter Change the Status to Escalated.
  4. If the fields don't update, click the case number again to refresh.

6. Cancel Miko's Coral Bay Cruise Booking

  1. Switch the Select Agent menu to General Agent.
  2. Enter Show me the experience bookings for Miko Mistumi.
  3. Click booking B-00107923 (2:30 PM Coral Bay Cruise).
  4. Enter Please cancel the booking tied to this session.

7. Book a New Session for Miko's Family

  1. Enter What is the next available Magical Aquarium Tunnel Tour session for 5 people?
  2. Enter Yes, book it for Miko Mistumi's family.
  3. Click the new booking number B-00107924 to view the new Booking Details.
