1. Sign Up for a Pronto Org

1. At the top of the page, click Create Playground (auto-attached to your Trailhead account).
2. Note the expiration date and complete the badge before then.

2. Enable Agentforce Studio

1. Click the gear icon and select Setup.
2. In Quick Find, search for and select Salesforce Go.
3. In Search features, enter and select Agentforce Studio.
4. Click Get Started, Turn On, then Confirm.
5. Wait until the button changes to On, then refresh your browser.

3. Activate the Merchant Management Agent

1. Open the App Launcher and select Agentforce Studio.
2. On the Agents tab, click Merchant Management Agent.
3. Click Commit Version twice, then Activate twice.
4. Refresh your browser.

4. Activate the Generate Menu Description Prompt Template

1. Return to Agentforce Studio and click Prompt Templates.
2. Scroll to the bottom and click Generate Menu Description.
3. Click Activate, then refresh your browser.
4. Click the back arrow to exit Prompt Builder.

5. Create a Special Menu

1. Open the App Launcher and select the Merchant Management app.
2. Click the dropdown next to Home and select Storefronts.
3. Select All, then click Basil & Thyme Cafe.
4. Click the Related tab.
5. Click the Merchant Management Agent icon to open it.
6. Paste Astro's new menu into the text field and press Enter/Return.
7. Open the returned menu record (or navigate via the Menus related list → Menu-00000104).
8. Enter Please deactivate the menu. and press Enter (skip if already deactivated).
9. Refresh and confirm the Active checkbox is unchecked, then close the agent.

6. Connect the Prompt Template to the Description Field

1. On the menu record, click the gear icon and select Edit Page.
2. In Lightning App Builder, click inside the Description field.
3. Under Prompt Template, type generate and select Generate Menu Description.
4. Click Save, then Activation…, then Close.
5. Click the back arrow to return to the menu record.

7. Generate a Menu Description

1. In the Description field, click the pencil (now with a plus sign).
2. Click the sparkles icon to open the Einstein - Description Field tool.
3. Click Use to add the generated text.
4. Close the Einstein popup and click Save.

8. Create a Promotion

1. Open the Merchant Management agent.
2. Paste: Create a promotion called TRAILBREAD2026 to discount the Trailheadathon Event Menu at the Basil & Thyme Cafe by 25% starting next Thursday at 8AM through next Friday at 11:30PM.
3. Press Enter/Return and open the returned promotion record (or via Storefronts → Promotion tab → P-00000002).

9. Create a Gift Certificate

1. In the agent, paste: Create a Gift Certificate to the Basil & Thyme Cafe for Craig Olligan in the amount of $250.00.
2. Press Enter/Return, then reply No, thank you. when prompted.
3. Open the returned gift certificate record (or via Storefronts → Gift Certificates tab → second record).
