1. Sign Up for a Trial Org

1. Click Create Playground (org is auto-attached to your Trailhead account).
2. Note the expiration date and complete the badge before then.

2. Enable Agentforce Studio

1. In the Challenge section, click Launch to open your org.
2. Click the gear icon and select Setup.
3. In Quick Find, search for and select Salesforce Go.
4. In Search features, enter and select Agentforce Studio.
5. Click Get Started, Turn On, then Confirm.
6. Wait until the button changes to On, then refresh your browser.

3. Create a Field Generation Prompt Template

1. Open the App Launcher and select Agentforce Studio.
2. Click Prompt Templates to open Prompt Builder.
3. Click New Prompt Template.
4. Set: Type Field Generation, Name Quick Summary, API Name Quick_Summary, Description A short summary of case details, Object Case, Object Field Quick Summary.
5. Click Next.

4. Add the Prompt and Merge Fields

1. Paste the following into the Prompt | Insert Resource field:

Summarize the concatenation of the contents of the comment bodies of COMMENTS along with the text from SUBJECT, the case priority which is PRIORITY, and the case type which is TYPE. Keep the response to a single short paragraph.

1. In the Models list, select OpenAI GPT 4 Omni Mini.
2. Replace the placeholders with merge fields:
   • PRIORITY → Case > Priority
   • COMMENTS → Case > CaseComments
   • SUBJECT → Case > Subject
   • TYPE → Case > Case Type
3. Click Save.

5. Preview and Activate

1. Click Preview, then Inputs.
2. In the Related Record box, select case 00001002.
3. Click Preview, then Activate.

6. Enable Dynamic Forms for Cases

1. Close the Setup tab to return to the Sales app.
2. Open the App Launcher and select Cases.
3. Select All Open Cases and click case 00001002.
4. Click the gear icon and Edit Page.
5. In the Details section, click inside the Details component.
6. In the properties pane, click Upgrade Now (Dynamic Forms), then Next.
7. Select the Case Layout page layout and click Finish.
8. Click the Quick Summary field and select Quick Summary as the Prompt Template.
9. Click Save, then Activate, then Assign as Org Default → Next.
10. Select Desktop and phone, then Next → Save.
11. Click the back arrow to leave Lightning App Builder.

7. Use the Quick Summary Field

1. On Case 00001002, in the Details pane, click the Quick Summary field's edit button.
2. Click the sparkles icon to open the Einstein overlay.
3. Review the suggested summary and click Use.
4. Click X to close the overlay, then Save.
