1. Sign Up for a Custom Playground

1. Click Create Playground (org is auto-attached to your Trailhead account).
2. Note the expiration date and complete the badge before then.

2. Enable Einstein

1. In the Challenge section, click Launch to open your org.
2. Click the gear icon and select Setup.
3. In Quick Find, search for and select Einstein Setup, and ensure the toggle is On.
4. Refresh your browser.

3. Enable Einstein for Sales

1. In Setup, search for and select Einstein for Sales.
2. Turn on Sales Emails by clicking the toggle.

4. Create a Lookup Field on Guest Event

1. In Setup, select Object Manager.
2. Search for and select Guest Event, then Fields & Relationships.
3. Click New, select Lookup Relationship, then Next.
4. For Related To, select External Reservation.
5. Click Next four times, then Save.

5. Create and Associate a Reservation

1. From the Sales App, click the External Reservations tab and click New.
2. Set Check-in Date to today and Check-out Date 5 days later.
3. Enter Suite for Room Type, then Save.
4. Click the Guest Events tab, open the All list view, and click GE-00000001.
5. Edit the External Reservation field and select ER-00000004, then Save.

6. Create the Sales Email Prompt Template

1. Click the gear icon and select Setup.
2. In Quick Find, search for and select Prompt Builder.
3. Click New Prompt Template.
4. Set: Type Sales Email, Name Welcome Guest, API Name Welcome_Guest, Description This template is used to craft a welcome email for guests, sent once they check in.
5. Recipient: Contact; Related Object: Guest Event.
6. Click Next, then paste the provided prompt text.
7. For Models, select GPT 4 Omni Mini.

7. Add Merge Fields

1. Delete the Check_in_Date__c placeholder and click + Insert Resource → Guest Event > External Reservation > Check-In Date.
2. Delete Check_out_Date__c and insert Check-Out Date.
3. Delete Room_Type__c and insert Room Type.
4. Click Save.

8. Preview and Activate

1. Click Preview Settings.
2. For Recipient, select Sofia Rodriguez.
3. For Related Record, enter GE and select GE-00000001.
4. Click Preview, then View Rendered Response and review.
5. Click Activate.

9. Distribute the Sales Email Prompt Template

1. Open the App Launcher and select Contacts.
2. Find and click Sofia Rodriguez.
3. In the Activity section, click the arrow next to Email (envelope icon).
4. Select Sofia's email address.
5. In the email draft, click Draft with AI.
6. Select the Welcome Guest template and the GE-00000001 guest event, then Continue.
7. After Einstein drafts the email, click Done, then Send.
