1. Create the Agent
- Open the App Launcher and select Agentforce Studio.
- Click New Agent.
- In "What do you want your agent to do?", enter:
You are a customer service representative, helping our guests make reservations, update bookings, and navigate all that Coral Cloud Resorts has to offer. - Press Enter/Return.
- Enter
CC Service Agentas the Name (Developer Name auto-populates). - Select Select User and choose EinsteinServiceAgent User.
- Click Let's Go, then Skip Ahead.
2. Create and Customize a Subagent
- In the Explorer panel, click the plus icon next to Subagents, then + New Subagent.
- Name it
Experience Managementand add the provided Description. - Click Create and Open, then Save.
3. Add Actions to the Subagent
- Click Add action in Actions Available For Reasoning, then + Create a custom action.
- Name:
Get Experience Details; Description:Provides details about an Experience__c that a user would like more information about. - Create and Open; Reference Action Type Flow, Reference Action Get Experience Details.
- experienceName input: Require Input; experienceRecord output: Show in conversation; Save.
- Name:
- Add action
Get Customer Details(Reference Action Type Flow, Reference Action Get Customer Details):- email and memberNumber inputs: Require Input; contact output: Show in conversation; Save.
- Add two actions from the Asset Library (Create Experience Session Booking and Get Sessions), then Save.
4. Add Reasoning Instructions
- Open the Experience Management subagent and delete the current Reasoning Instructions.
- Add the provided new Reasoning Instructions.
- Highlight
"appropriate action"in the first instruction, delete it, type@, and select Get Experience Details. - Switch to Script view, add a new blank line, and add the provided booking instruction.
- Replace
appropriate actionwith{!@actions.Create_Experience_Session_Booking}. - Click Save, switch back to Canvas view.
- Click Commit Version twice, then Activate twice.
5. Preview the Agent
- Click Preview.
- Enter
Can you let me know more about the full moon beach party experience?and press Enter. - When asked, enter
I am sofiarodriguez@example.com and my membership number is 10008155. - Request to book a session for tomorrow.
- (Optional) Toggle Live Test Mode to Simulate for safe testing.
- Click the back arrow to leave Agentforce Builder.
6. Publish and Update
- Click the gear icon and select Setup.
- Search for and select Embedded Service Deployments, select ESA Web Deployment, and click Publish.
- Search for and select Flows, then click the Route to ESA flow.
- Click the Route to ESA component and set Route To Agentforce Service Agent, Agentforce Service Agent CC Service Agent.
- Click Save As New Version, Save, then Activate.
- Click the back arrow to return to Setup.
7. Add the Agent to the Coral Cloud Site
- In Setup, search for and select All Sites, then click Builder next to coral-cloud.
- Click the Components widget, search Embedded Messaging, and drag it over the "Book an Experience of a Lifetime" section.
- Leave default settings, click Publish twice, then Got It.
8. View the Agent as a Customer
- Click the Experience Builder menu and select View coral-cloud.
- Click the Messaging icon in the lower right.
- Try the prompt
