1. Connect and Launch Your Agentforce Org

1. In the Challenge section, click Connect Org, sign in, Allow, then Yes! Save it.
2. Under Choose your hands-on org, select your special Agentforce Developer Edition org, then Launch.

2. Enable Slack OAuth

1. Go to Setup.
2. Search for and select Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
3. Locate the Slack row, select Load Actions, then Install.

3. Add Slack Actions

1. Open the App Launcher and select Agentforce Studio.
2. Select Product Management Agent, then the Product Gaps subagent.
3. In Actions Available For Reasoning, add a new line and select Add from Asset Library.
4. Add: Create a Slack Canvas, Update a Slack Canvas, Search Slack, Send a Slack Direct Message.
5. Click Save.

4. Add Instructions for Slack Actions

1. Add these instructions on separate lines:
   • If the user requests to add the product gap details to a canvas, then create a canvas in Slack.
   • Always ask for a title when a user asks you to create a canvas.
2. Click Save.

5. Test the Agent

1. Select Preview (opens Live Test Mode).
2. Enter a prompt such as Log a product gap for the Trailhead Escape Room badge. Bring it back!
3. If asked for name/email, use Sofia Rodriguez, sofiarodriguez@example.com.

6. Connect Your Agent to Slack

1. Hover over Connections and select + → Add connections.
2. In the Slack box, select Select, then Add to Agent.

7. Activate the Agent

1. Click Commit Version twice, then Activate twice.
2. Select the back arrow to exit the builder.

8. Give Users Access

1. Go to Setup, search for and select Permission Sets, then Access Agents.
2. Under Apps, select Agent Access, click Edit.
3. Add Product Management Agent to Enabled Agents, then Save.

9. Install the Agent in Slack

1. Scroll to the Hands-on Challenge section and confirm the correct Trailhead email, then Launch.
2. In Slack, select your org name → Tools & settings → Organization settings.
3. Select Salesforce | Agentforce, then Review next to Product Management Agent.
4. Review permissions and select Allow, check your workspace, then Add To 1 Workspaces and Save.

10. Interact with the Agent in Slack

1. Refresh Slack, select Tools → Agents → Product Management Agent.
2. Test with a prompt such as Log a gap for the Trailhead Escape Room badge. Bring it back!
